How to make a reservation

Reservations are made based on priority of selection for a male or female, according to the type of puppy chosen, from a current or upcoming litter. For most of our puppy types, births are planned within four specific periods throughout the year:

January to March (go-home between March and May)
April to June (go-home between June and August)
July to September (go-home between September and November)
October to December (go-home between December and February)

In the “Availability” section of our website, you can view available puppies, confirmed litters (breedings or births), as well as the next reservation period currently open.

Please note that it is absolutely possible to reserve for a future period, even if it is not yet displayed on the website. Many families choose to reserve in advance in order to secure their place in the selection order.

We would be happy to welcome you by appointment to visit our facilities. During your visit, we will guide you through the different steps involved in adopting your future puppy and answer any questions you may have.

Reservations can be made either in person during your visit or remotely by email.To reserve remotely, simply contact us by email with the type of puppy you are interested in, as well as your preference for a male or female. We will then send you a pre-filled reservation agreement to complete, sign, and return along with a $490 deposit via Interac e-Transfer to our email address. On the agreement, you will also find sections regarding your openness to the other sex as well as your availability for adoption. This information allows us to contact you at the right time if a puppy matching your preferences becomes available. Upon receipt, we will sign the agreement and send it back to you to confirm your reservation.

You will then simply need to be present on your puppy’s go-home day. The puppy selection, if applicable, takes place on-site that same day. Appointments are scheduled in order based on your position within the litter. The remaining balance can be paid in cash or via Interac e-Transfer the day before your appointment.

If you are unable to travel, a delivery service is available to most major cities across Canada.

Puppy Warranty

All of our puppies come with a 30-day refund health guarantee for infectious diseases and a 2-year guarantee for congenital conditions. A complimentary 30-day Trupanion health insurance policy is also included.

– Carefully follow each puppy’s health, socialization, and development
– Be there to guide and support you before, during, and after adoption
– Always be open and transparent with you throughout the process

Your commitment as an adopter:

– Provide a stable, safe, and appropriate environment for the puppy
– Respect the puppy’s physical, mental, and veterinary needs long term
– Be actively involved in their training, socialization, and overall well-being
– Seek guidance from a qualified professional if any difficulties arise
