How to make a reservation

We would be pleased to welcome you by appointment to visit our breeding facility. We will provide you with our best advice and guide you through the steps leading to the adoption of your bundle of joy, your new puppy

The reservation can be made on-site during your appointment or remotely via email. To make your reservation remotely, simply contact us by email, specifying the type of puppy you wish to reserve and whether you want a male or a female. In the “Our Types of Puppies” section of our website, you can view the available puppies and our litters that are born or upcoming. We will send you a reservation contract, which we will complete with the information regarding the puppy to be reserved. You can find our email address on the “Contact Us” page.

Once you receive the reservation contract, all you need to do is complete it with your contact information, sign it, and return it to us by email with your $340 deposit via Etransfer. Once we receive the contract and deposit, we will sign it and return it to you, confirming your reservation.

This way, you will only need to come in on the long-awaited adoption day. Please note that at the time of the puppy’s departure, only cash or a bank draft will be accepted. You can also make the payment via Etransfer the day before your appointment.

If you are unable to come in, we offer delivery service to all major cities in Canada.

All our puppies leave with a money-back guarantee for infectious diseases within the first 30 days and 2 years for congenital disorders. You will also receive 30 days of free health insurance with Trupanion following adoption.

Why reserve your puppy as early as possible?

We operate on a first-come, first-served basis. By reserving with us, you secure priority selection for a male or female puppy from the designated litter. When you make a reservation, you don’t need to choose a puppy immediately. This means that the person with first choice of a male from a litter can select their puppy from all the males in that litter. The person with second choice will go next among the remaining males, and so on. The same process applies for selecting females. Therefore, it is advantageous to reserve early to have the privilege of choosing from several puppies. It is also possible and preferable to reserve from our future litters.
